  The steel we used are from:LKM,ASSAB,Buderus,Thyssen and so on.

We persist in short-lead-time manufacturing with high efficiency,normally 3-4 weeks after mould design approved for small to medium siza moulds.

   JIYOU mould department has achieved many car bumper project. We use advanced 2D&3Dsoftwere for building complex surface plastic products.During the process,we select the most suitable machining equipments and machining methods in order to get excellent mould body.The appropriate hot runner system guarantees even melting flow filling in the mould,and also yields less plastic waste.Mover over,to meet different machining and the mould request,number of high quality mould steels are used to build different parts of the mould.
